What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened software or components showing signs of installation may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Ssupd products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our hardware and electronic accessories come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Some premium components may offer extended coverage as specified on the product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For select regions, we also offer installment payment options through Klarna or Affirm.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order directly through your Ssupd account dashboard.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment cycle and would need to be processed as a return.
